International shipping ✈️
International shipping is charged separately after your parcel is packed and weighed.
Available carriers can include: DHL, EMS, K-Packet and YunExpress, depending on the destination, parcel size, weight, item type and current carrier restrictions.
Customs made easier 💜
DHL Standard
Customs/VAT are not prepaid. If import charges apply, the customer pays DHL/customs when the parcel arrives.
DHL Pre-paid Duties/VAT
Wondernara calculates the estimated import charges and adds them to the shipping invoice so they are prepaid before shipment.
₩30,000 prepaid-duty handling fee
For EMS, K-Packet and YunExpress, customs/VAT must be handled as prepaid through Wondernara when applicable.
Higher-value shipments may also have additional duties depending on the item and destination.
Example: Netherlands
If applicable, the Netherlands’ 21% VAT can be added to the Wondernara shipping invoice and prepaid before shipment.
Customs amounts depend on destination, declared value, item type and carrier.
